The Cover & Limits of Indemnity are as follows:

Employers Liability

£10,000,000 Limit of Indemnity in respect of any one occurrence and unlimited in any one period or insurance.

Public Liability

£5,000,000 Limit of Indemnity in respect of any one occurrence or series of occurrencies arising out of any one original cause in respect of accidental bodily injury to any person (other than an employee) and/or damage to property arising during the course of business.

Efficacy & Contractual Liability

£5,000,000 Limit of Indemnity any one occurrence or series of occurrences arising out of any one original case.

£500 Excess each & every claim but increased to £1000 for theft, malicious damage and vandalism and £1500 for claims involving building sites, car compounds or motor vehicles kept in the open.

Fidelity Guarantee

£100,000 Limit of Indemnity in respect of any one Employee and inall during any one period of insurance.

£250 Excess each & every claim.

Wrongful Arrest

£100,000 Limit of Indemnity (£100,000 in the aggregate)

£100 Excess each & Every claim.

Loss of Keys

£25,000 Limit of Indemnity.

Consequential Loss following Loss of Keys

£25,000 Limit of Indemnity.
