We have worked alongside one of South Wales’ biggest and most successful construction firms for a number of years, helping this local business keep its sites and staff safe. In recent years, our client has utilised our bespoke Construction Security packages on a number of its sites across South, Mid, East and West Wales.

What we did…

Each site undergoes a security review with the contract manager and a plan is created built around the site plan. This plan will be developed to optimise camera positions, specialist camera requirements and sensor positions. We would also agree key dates where manned security may be required, along with any other specific requests.

Once set up, the system is linked to key personnel phones via smartphone App’s and linked to our in-house monitoring station.

Costs

We have a fixed weekly fee with the client for each site; this helps them with budgeting and costs during procurement and no hidden costs during the project.

Outcome

The client has full visibility of their sites and can be used to aide Quantity Surveyors for quantifying work by contractors. It also ensures the site is maintaining high health and safety standards along with security.
